Taking a page from Frank Lloyd Wright's organic design principals, this house was shaped by the natural contours of the site with a cantilevered deck jutting out towards a spectacular lakeside view.
In order to minimize level changes, most of the primary living spaces of the house are linked on one level with the master suite to the north completing the entry courtyard on the east side of the house. A guest room, accessed by a stair tucked in between the kitchen and living rooms, peaks out on the upper level. There is also a summer living area on the lower level opening out on an expansive terrace stepping down with the hillside. Across the bridge to the barn/ garage is an office on the second floor.
