This is the first of two Shingle Style homes designed and built by Oxbow Development on Chestnut Street. Courtney Miller acted as the project architect producing most of the drawings and millwork details for the project. The home opens up with a large stair hall with flanking formal dining and living rooms leading straight ahead to a great room with a kitchen, informal dining, and sitting area in front of a fireplace and view-catching arched windows.
One of the finest details is the custom flat arch over the front entry, which is in turn enhanced by a custom made 3'-6" wide door. The Family Room is adorned with trusses made by Benson Woodworking - a world-renowned timber frame company.
